Royal Smile Cocktail Recipe

The Royal Smile cocktail is a balanced sweet and sour cocktail that could put a smile on anyone’s face. Unless that is, “one is not amused!” Calvados notes shine through.

INGREDIENTS

30 ml/ 1 oz. Gin
30 ml/ 1 oz. Calvados
15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. sugar syrup
1 teaspoon Grenadine

METHOD

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Fine strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
