INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Vodka
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. pink grapefruit juice
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Aperol
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Tonic Water
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Mezcal
METHOD
- Pour Vodka, grapefruit juice and Aperol into glass and then add ice.
- Add Tonic Water and stir briefly
- Float with the Mezcal and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
