The L’Arte Della Bellezza cocktail is best described as a short, aromatic, and slightly sweet grappa-based after-dinner cocktail. It first appeared in the Croatian city of Zagreb in 2018.

INGREDIENTS

• 40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. Italicus liqueur
• 20 ml/ ⅔ oz Grappa
• 20 ml/ ⅔ oz Americano bianco

METHOD

1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
2. Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a green olive.
