SAKINI COCKTAIL Recipe

The Sakini cocktail, a “Sake Martini,” emerged in the 1990s. Japanese sake adds an almost wine-like delicacy to this approachable version of the classic Martini Dry cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Sake
  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Bianco Vermouth

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice.
