ALPINE SOUR COCKTAIL Recipe

The Alpine Sour is an aggressively and delightfully flavored sour. Tart, herbal and rich, orgeat’s unctuous character holds this bold shake together

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle Underberg
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Abach Uralt brandy
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. orgeat syrup

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg
