Doctor Pepper Cocktail Recipe

DOCTOR PEPPER COCKTAIL Recipe

Normally, the combination of beer, cola, and Amaretto doesn’t make a good cocktail, but in the Doctor Pepper cocktail, the beer provides a hop bitterness that helps balance the Amaretto and the cola.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Amaretto almond liqueur
  • 75 ml/ 2 ½ oz. Scotch ale beer
  • 75 ml/ 2 ½ oz. cola

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients in a collinsl glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir briefly and garnish with a lime wedge.
