The Rizzo cocktail is named after Betty Rizzo, the leader of the “Pink Ladies” in the movie *Grease*. It tastes of zesty, tart grapefruit and reveals notes of Calvados, rounded off by Grenadine.
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Calvados
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. London dry Gin
- 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. passion fruit syrup
- 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Grenadine syrup
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an apple slice.
