Alpine Sour Cocktail Recipe

The Alpine Sour is an aggressively and delightfully flavored sour. Tart, herbal and rich, orgeat’s unctuous character holds this bold shake together

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle Underberg
30 ml/ 1 oz. Abach Uralt brandy
30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
30 ml/ 1 oz. orgeat syrup

METHOD

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with grated nutmeg
