Bakewell Tart Sour Cocktail

BAKEWELL TART SOUR COCKTAIL Recipe

The Bakewell Tart Sour cocktail tastes just like the name suggests. What initially appears to be an extravagant combination of ingredients tastes very good in the end.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. Cognac
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 15 ml / ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. cherry syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon slice and cherries.
