GOLD PHANTOM COCKTAIL Recipe

The Gold Phantom cocktail is fruity and refreshing with cognac, pineapple, lemon and Licor 43, a delicious vanilla liqueur from Spain. The Gold Phantom Cocktail is a newer cocktail – created in 2015.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml/ 1 ⅔ oz. Cognac
  • 15 ml / ½ oz. Licor 43
  • 22,5 ml / ¾ oz. pineapple juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 barspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into ice-filled glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
