My Easter Cocktail 2023 is named Carrot Mimosa. In many countries Easter comes the Easter Bunny. And he loves carrots. So this year this cocktail for Easter and if you don’t like him: there’s also the real Mimosa cocktail.
- 120 ml/4 oz Prosecco
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. fresh carrot juice
- Carrot for garnish
- Ensure both ingredients are well chilled.
- Add the carrot juice and Prosecco slowly into a chilled champagne glass.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a carrot.
