Autumn is coming and it’s apple time. For this reason, here are three simple cocktails with apple:


APPLE PIE MARTINI

STORY

The Apple Pie Martini cocktail is everything we love about the ‘Appletini’ set of cocktails, it simply takes a different spin on the flavor. Filled with the taste of Grandma’s apple pie, this easy vodka cocktail is a delight come autumn and it will keep you satisfied through the winter months.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. apple cider
  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. vanilla liqueur
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. ​vodka
  • 1 dash freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

HONEYMOON COCKTAIL

STORY

The Honeymoon Cocktail is a fascinating Calvados sour that has been enjoyed for over a century. It’s an interesting mix—a little sweet, a little dry, a little citrus—and a really well-designed cocktail overall.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Calvados
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Bénédictine
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. orange curaçao
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel.

WASHINGTON APPLE COCKTAIL

The Washington Apple  Cocktail is a fabulous and fun drink. It’s a tasty whisey cocktail that mixes Tennessee Whisey, apple schnapps, and cranberry juice to create a deliciously fruity, sweet, and sour drink. You’ll also be delighted to know that it’s incredibly easy to mix up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. honey whiskey
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. ​apple schnapps
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. ​cranberry juice

METHOD

  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice.
