The Dirty Monte cocktail is a refreshing summer drink. At first glance, the combination with sparkling wine, Amaro Montenegro and green olive brine seems a bit unusual, but in the end the sparkling cocktail impresses with its excellent taste.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Amaro Montenegro
- 90 ml/ 3 oz. sparkling wine
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. green olive brine
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. soda water
METHOD
- Fill a large wine glass half with ice
- Combine all ingridients, adding the soda water last.
- Stir gently and briefly.
- Garnish with an orange slice and an olive.
