The Six Cylinder cocktail consists of 6 different spirits and nothing else. It is a bittersweet aperitivo or digestivo with pleasantly subtle, rich cherry notes.
INGREDIENTS
- 20 ml / ¾ oz. Gin
- 20 ml / ¾ oz. Cherry Heering liqueur
- 20 ml / ¾ oz. Campari Italian bitter liqueur
- 20 ml / ¾ oz. Dubonnet Red
- 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Vermouth dry
- 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Vermouth rosso
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a orange zest twist and a cherry.
