The Dominicana cocktail consists of just three ingredients: a Rum-infused coffee liqueur and a velvety layer of delicious, chilled cream. Essentially a Rum-based White Russian, but that description doesn’t do justice to this delicious cocktail, which is best enjoyed as an after-dinner dessert.
INGREDIENTS
45 ml / 1 ½ oz. Havana Club 7yo Rum
30 ml / 1 oz. Kahlùa coffee liqueur
30 ml / 1 oz. cream
METHOD
Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
Add the Rum and the coffee liqueur and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Shake or whip cream to aerate.
Carefully let the cream float.
Pour until it floats to the surface of the cocktail.

This pomegranate and lemon cocktail is made with Montenegrin Raki and is a delicious and refreshing drink. It`s called Pomegranate Lemon Raki Cocktail and be careful: Raki is a strong spirit. Its alcohol content can reach up to 50%.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml/ 2 oz. Raki / Rakia liqueur
60 ml/ 2 oz. pomegranate juice
60 ml/ 2 oz. Sprite or 7up
METHOD
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add the Raki (preferably grape raki) and the lemonade.
Stir slightly.
Pour the pomegranate juice over the drink.
