The Piña Colada is a sweet, creamy cocktail of Rum, coconut syrup, cream and pineapple juice. It is the name of a whole group of cocktails, the Coladas. The Piña Colada became popular in the 1950s and is one of the world’s most famous cocktails.
40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. black Rum
40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. cream
40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. coconut syrup
90 ml / 3 oz. pineapple juice
Put all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake.
A Moscow Mule is a cocktail made with Vodka spicy Ginger Beer and lime juice, garnished with a slice or wedge of cucumber. The Moscow mule is popularly served in a copper mug, which takes on the cold temperature of the liquid.
60 ml/ 2 oz. Vodka
15 ml/ ½ oz. lime juice, freshly sqeezed
180 ml/ 6 oz. Ginger Beer
slice of cucumber
Squeeze lime juice into a Moscow Mule mug (or a Collins glass) and drop in the spent shell.
Add 2 or 3 ice cubes, then pour in the vodka and fill with cold ginger beer (not ginger ale, although what the hell).

Pour into a glass with ice cubes 40 ml JACK and 10 ml Triple Sec. Add the juice of a lemon and a lime, shake the glass and then fill with lemonade. As a garnish use a lemon spiral and lime slice

After a trip to Nolde, I was very inspired of the colourful pictures there and decided now to make a colourful cocktail called Paradise Cocktail. 2 oz. Malibu Coconut
3 oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz. Blue Curaçao
1 oz. water
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Put the pineapple juice and Malibu in a glass and stir.
Take another glass and fill the blue curacao and the water into the glass.
Now you take your cocktail glass and fill in the Grenadine. Then fill the glass with crused ice.
Add the pineapple Malibu mix and put the Blue Curaçao water mix on the top of the cocktail.
