PUMPKIN DAIQUIRI HALLOWEEN COCKTAIL Recipe

The Pumpkin Daiquiri is a simple and light Halloween cocktail. In this cocktail, the pumpkin spice syrup blends surprisingly well with an otherwise classic Daiquiri cocktail. Halloween is a holiday celebrated in several countries on October 31st. And if you don’t like Halloween or pumpkins, try the classic Daiquiri or with fruits the Passion Fruit Daiquiri or the Dune Daiquiri.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Havana Club 7yo Rum
  • 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. freshly sqeezed lime juive
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. pumpkin spice syrup

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
