RED HOOK COCKTAIL Recipe

The Red Hook cocktail is a Manhattan-like cocktail and is rightly considered a contemporary classic cocktail. It is not only served in a Nick & Nora glass, but also tastes excellent over ice in an Old Fashioned glass.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml/ 1 ⅔ Rye Whiskey
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Amaro Nonino
  • 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Maraschino liqueur

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
