Beer Americano Cocktail Recipe



Do you like the Americano cocktail? Simply leave out the soda water and replace it with foamed beer. And try the Beer Americano cocktail.


  • 45 ml/ 1 ½  oz. Campari
  • 45 ml/ 1 ½  oz. Martini Rosso sweet Vermouth
  • 90 ml/ 3 oz. Lager beer


  1. Combine the Campari, Vermouth and 6 ice cubes in a tall tumbler.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon to chill.
  3. Pour the beer into a separate glass and whip the beer into a foam.
  4. Top the cocktail with beer foam
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
