ADRIATIQUE COCKTAIL Recipe

The Adriatique cocktail is a delicious combination of bittersweet, zesty orange and profound herbal complexity—ideal for a summer afternoon or as an evening aperitif.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Aperol
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. orange juice

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
