DUBLIN MINSTREL COCKTAIL Recipe

The Dublin Minstrel cocktail is a riff on the classic Last Word cocktail substituting Irish Whiskey for Gin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 20 ml/ ⅔  oz. Maraschino liqueur
  • 20 ml/ ⅔  oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 20 ml/ ⅔  oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
  2. Strain into chilled glass.
  3. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
