In the Minty Pentones cocktail, the botanical complexity of Gin, combined with the freshness of mint and Mastic and a hint of cranberry fruitiness, creates a cleansing after-dinner digestif.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. dry Gin
 - 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. cranberry juice
 - 15 ml// ½ oz. crème de menthe (white)
 - 15 ml/ ½ oz. Mastiha
 
METHOD
- Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
 - Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
 - Strain into glass filled with crushed-ice.
 - Garnish with a mint sprig.
