The Lounge Lizard cocktail is a rich, almond-flavoured Cuba Libre.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml/ 1 ⅔ black Rum
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. Amaretto almond liqueur
- 120 ml/ 4 oz. cola
- juice of ½ lime
METHOD
- Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with lime wedge squeezed over and dropped into cocktail.
