LOUNGE LIZARD COCKTAIL Recipe

The Lounge Lizard cocktail is a rich, almond-flavoured Cuba Libre.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml/ 1 ⅔ black Rum
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Amaretto almond liqueur
  • 120 ml/ 4 oz. cola
  • juice of ½ lime

METHOD

  1. Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with lime wedge squeezed over and dropped into cocktail.
