The Ranch Water cocktail is a light tequila cocktail from Texas. Common recipes for Ranch Water differ primarily in the ratio of Tequila to water. The story goes that Texas ranchers would pour or drink some carbonated mineral water and then add Tequila and lime juice to the bottle.
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. Tequila bianco
- 15 ml/ ½ oz.freshly squeezed lime juice
- 120 ml/ 4 oz. carbonated mineral water
METHOD
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add the Tequila, lime juice and the water.
- Stir slightly.
