The Ocean Cable cocktail originally appears in William Tarling’s 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book where its creation is attributed to one A. G. Scott.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Canadian Whisky
 - 30 ml/ 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
 - 15 ml/ ½ oz. Rémy Martin Cognac
 - 1 dash of Angostura bitters
 
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
 - Stil well until well-chilled.
 - Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
