OCEAN CABLE COCKTAIL Recipe

The Ocean Cable cocktail originally appears in William Tarling’s 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book where its creation is attributed to one A. G. Scott.    

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Canadian Whisky
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Rémy Martin Cognac
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stil well until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
