The Transylvanian Martini cocktail is slightly sweet but very fruity. Its origins date back to 1994, when the cocktail was entered into the International Bartender’s Cocktail Competition.
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. Vodka
- 20 ml/ ¾ oz. Passoã passion fruit liqueur
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. pineapple juice
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
