MINTY PENTONES COCKTAIL Recipe

In the Minty Pentones cocktail, the botanical complexity of Gin, combined with the freshness of mint and Mastic and a hint of cranberry fruitiness, creates a cleansing after-dinner digestif.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. dry Gin
  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. cranberry juice
  • 15 ml// ½ oz. crème de menthe (white)
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Mastiha

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into glass filled with crushed-ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
