El Diablo Cocktail Recipe


One of the most iconic cocktails in the Tequila canon features Crème de Cassis, Ginger Ale and lime juice.


  • 45 ml/ 1½ oz. Tequila Silver
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Crème de Cassis
  • 120 ml / 4 oz. Ginger Ale
  • 1 fresh lime


  1. Put some ice cubes in a big long drink glass.
  2. Halve the lime, squeeze the juice into the glass and add two slices of lime.
  3. Add the Tequila and Crème de Cassis and mix well with the bar spoon.
  4. Fill up with Ginger Ale and stir again briefly.
