The Breakfast at Tiffany`s cocktail is orign in Australia. The refreshing, citrusy cocktail is perfect for brunch. With a cheeky hit of sweet jam and a dash of bitters, you’ll be making this one bottomless.
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. Gin
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 bar spoons of your favourite jam
- 2 dashes of Orange bitters
- 100 ml/ 3 ⅓ oz. ginger beer
- Combine Gin, lemon juice, jam and bitters into a shaker.
- Strain into a jam jar.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with wedge of lemon.
