INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. Calvados or apple brandy or applejack
- 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. orange juice
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. maple syrup
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
