Rizzo Cocktail Recipe

RIZZO COCKTAIL Recipe

The Rizzo cocktail is named after Betty Rizzo, the leader of the “Pink Ladies” in the movie *Grease*. It tastes of zesty, tart grapefruit and reveals notes of Calvados, rounded off by Grenadine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Calvados
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. London dry Gin
  • 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. pink grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. passion fruit syrup
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Grenadine syrup

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice.
