The Negroni Sbagliato cocktail (Italian for “mistaken Negroni”) is a sparkling, lighter variation of the classic Negroni cocktail. Legend has it that it originated in a Milanese bar in the 1970s when a bartender accidentally poured Prosecco instead of in into the cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Campari
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Vermouth rosso
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. dry Prosecco
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Stir briefly.
- Garnish with an orange slice wheel.
