The Rhine Wine Cobbler cocktail is light, fruity and very refreshing. It serves as a fruity alternative to the Spritz—though the recipe actually dates back to 1882; mind you, the Spritz didn’t even exist back then. A Cobbler is a refreshing, usually wine- or spirit-based cocktail that is traditionally served in a large glass with plenty of crushed ice and fresh fruit.
