Northern Lights Cocktail Recipe

NORTHERN LIGHTS COCKTAIL Recipe

The Northern Lights cocktail is a wonderfully refreshing cocktail that features apple and anise on a grassy Vodka base.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Bison grass Vodka
  • 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. apple schnapps
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Pernod
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. apple juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. sugar syrup

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a star anise floated on surface
