The Slow Screw cocktail is reminiscent of a fruity Screwdriver with a botanical Gin flavor. Paired with a good Slow Gin and good orange juice, it makes a great brunch cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Slow Gin
• 30 ml/ 1 oz. Gin
• 105 ml/ 3 ½ oz. orange juice

METHOD

1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
2. Add the ingredients and stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
