RADLER PALOMA COCKTAIL Recipe

The Radler Paloma cocktail is a beer version of the Mexican classic cocktail Paloma. The Radler Paloma consists of Tequila and Astra Radler, rounded off with fresh grapefruit and lime juice. The result is tall, cool, refreshing, and just a touch more alcoholic than the typical Paloma cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. Tequila silver
  • 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. simple syrup
  • Radler beer, e.g. Astra Kiezmische

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients – except the beer – into shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
  4. Top with the Radler beer.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
