The Handbag Cocktail is a fruity cocktail from this millennium. I don’t know many cocktails with jam, but in this case, the combination with the spirits is perfect.
INGREDIENTS
- 25 ml/ ⅚ oz. Tequila Reposado
- 25 ml/ ⅚ oz. Grand Marnier
- 25 ml/ ⅚ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 barspoons of strawberry jam
- 1 pint of salt
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
- Use a barspoon to combine the strawberry jam with the other ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed-ice.
- Garnish with dehydrated strawberries.
