MILLIONAIRE’S MARTINI COCKTAIL Recipe

The Millionaire’s Martini cocktail is a refreshing New Year’s Eve cocktail made from a Dry Martini cocktail with the addition of fine, chilled Champagne. A perfect way to start the new year.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz.dry Gin
  • 40 ml / 1 ⅓ oz. Vermouth dry
  • 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. Chamapgne

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
  2. Add Gin and Vermouth and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Top with chilled Champagne
  5. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
