Absinthe Spider Highball cocktail

In the Absinthe Spider Highball cocktail, Absinthe and Ginger Ale combine well in this refreshing highball. Highballs consist of a base spirit, optionally other ingredients and a carbonated “filler”, for example soda water or Ginger Ale. Musik: Friendly Dance – Nico Staf

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Absinthe
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 120 ml/ 4 oz. Ginger Ale

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  2. Stir briefly.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
