ICE IN THE HAT COCKTAIL Recipe

The Ice in the Hat cocktai is a  delightfully refreshingly and cleansing digestif. Four spirits from four countries, clear your head.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. dry Gin
  • 15 ml / ½ oz. Becherovka liqueur
  • 15 ml / ½ oz. Noilly Prat dry vermouth
  • 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. crème de menthe (white)

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish is overrated for this cocktail
