NEGRONI SBAGLIATO COCKTAIL Recipe

The Negroni Sbagliato cocktail (Italian for “mistaken Negroni”) is a sparkling, lighter variation of the classic Negroni cocktail. Legend has it that it originated in a Milanese bar in the 1970s when a bartender accidentally poured Prosecco instead of in into the cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Campari
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Vermouth rosso
  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. dry Prosecco

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  2. Stir briefly.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice wheel.
