The Christmas Velvet Alexander cocktail is a successful combination for Christmas, inspired by the classic gin-based Alexander and the popular Brandy Alexander cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

• 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Advocaat / Eggnog
• 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. London dry Gin
• 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Fino Sherry

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Express an range zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
4. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
