THE MOMENT COCKTAIL Recipe

The refreshing cocktail The Moment represents the complex flavours of live – sweet, sour and bitter – and some unforgettable and untameable moments. The cocktail was created 2017 by Pawan Singh Rawat at Grappa Bar – Shingri-La Eros Hotel, New Delhi, India.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml/ 2 oz. light rum
  • 40 ml/ 1 ⅓ oz. pomegranate juice
  • 30 ml/ 1 oz. Prosecco
  • 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. freschly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml/ ½ oz. Ramazotti
  • 5 ml/ ⅙ oz. sugar cane syrup

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass
  4. Garnish with lemon slice.
