HANDBAG COCKTAIL Recipe

The Handbag Cocktail is a fruity cocktail from this millennium. I don’t know many cocktails with jam, but in this case, the combination with the spirits is perfect.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 ml/ ⅚ oz. Tequila Reposado
  • 25 ml/ ⅚ oz. Grand Marnier
  • 25 ml/ ⅚ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 barspoons of strawberry jam
  • 1 pint of salt

METHOD

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Use a barspoon to combine the strawberry jam with the other ingredients.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass filled with crushed-ice.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated strawberries.
