Normally, the combination of beer, cola, and Amaretto doesn’t make a good cocktail, but in the Doctor Pepper cocktail, the beer provides a hop bitterness that helps balance the Amaretto and the cola.
INGREDIENTS
30 ml/ 1 oz. Amaretto almond liqueur
75 ml/ 2 ½ oz. Scotch ale beer
75 ml/ 2 ½ oz. cola
METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a collinsl glass filled with ice.
