The Handbag Cocktail is a fruity cocktail from this millennium. I don’t know many cocktails with jam, but in this case, the combination with the spirits is perfect.

INGREDIENTS

25 ml/ ⅚ oz. Tequila Reposado
25 ml/ ⅚ oz. Grand Marnier
25 ml/ ⅚ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 barspoons of strawberry jam
1 pint of salt

METHOD

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
Use a barspoon to combine the strawberry jam with the other ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass filled with crushed-ice.
Garnish with dehydrated strawberries.
